Engineering Change Transactions is the option used to record the changes in the bill of materials and revision lines. The option is located in the Operations menu of the Production Definitions section. The reason of the engineering change is specified on the method field of the Engineering Change Transaction window. Each change transaction is saved in a separate record, and applied by providing a Validity Date. The menu options and functions of the Engineering Change Transaction window are:

| Delete | Used to delete the engineering change information. |
| View | Used to view the engineering change information without making changes. |
| Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. Provides ease of use by allowing fast data entry. |
Database Extensions | Used for user-defined forms. | |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected sectors in batch. | |
Approve / Remove Approval | Used to approve the engineering change information. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. | |
Number of Records | Displays the number of recorded cards. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the engineering change transactions list. |
