The Distribution Management System of the LOGO application is used to record distribution vehicles for delivery transactions, their capacities, and the vehicle routes.
The vehicles, their capacities and their routes are recorded by the definition cards. Distribution orders are used to determine which vehicles and routes will be used for the delivery transactions.
Connecting the distribution orders with slips and invoices recorded by sales and distribution program section, provides automation in transactions. The option is located in the Main Records menu of the Sales and Distribution module. Vehicles such as trucks or vans to be used in delivery are recorded using Distribution Vehicles option. Each vehicle used in distribution is listed in the distribution vehicles list with their Code, Description and License Plate Number information. The menu options and functions used in the distribution vehicles window are as follows:

| Delete | Used to delete the distribution vehicle information. Only the records with passive status can be deleted. |
| View | Used to view the distribution vehicle information without making changes. |
| Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the distribution vehicle information. |
Database Extensions | Used for user-defined forms. | |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected records. | |
Warehouse Shipment Times | By using this option weekdays and hours according to which distribution vehicles will perform delivery are defined on warehouse basis. | |
AR/AP Shipment Times | Used to plan distribution vehicle's shipping days and hours based on AR/AP. | |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Number of Records | Displays the number of records by type, and with total numbers. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the distribution vehicles list. | |
Back To Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. | |
Create Shortcut | Used to create shortcuts of the records. | |
Send Shortcut | Used to send the created shortcuts to related users. |
