This option is used to specify the cost centers affecting the selected workstation in overhead allocations. Once the workstation to which the cost center will be assigned is selected, the cost center assignments option is selected from the right mouse button menu of the workstations window. The cost centers affecting the workstation in overhead allocations are specified on the window that opens. The following information is recorded on the Workstation Cost Center Assignments window:
Cost Center Code: The code of the cost center to be assigned to the workstation. The defined cost centers are listed when "..." icon is clicked.
In the LOGO applications, only the cost centers with Production selected in the Type field can be assigned to workstations. Cost centers are recorded using Cost Centers option located in the Main Records menu of the Cost Accounting session.
Cost Center Description: The description of the cost center to be assigned to the workstation. The defined cost centers can also be listed from this field by clicking on "..." icon, and the appropriate definition can be selected.
Activity Place: This option is used if the overhead defined is connected to an operation.
