Companies and Working Periods must be defined in the system administration application in order to use the LOGO application. The Companies option located in the Management menu of the System Administration application is used for these transactions.
A definition is made and a distinguishing number is assigned for each company to be recorded. Users login into the LOGO application by selecting the number of the company they will work on.
General company working info is recorded using Companies option along with,

  • Periods
  • Departments
  • Divisions
  • Factories
  • Warehouses

Company numbers and basic company information are recorded during company definitions. New company information is recorded by clicking on "New" button located on the Companies window. The information on the Company Definition window and relative functions are:


Number: The number used to track the company.

Name: Short company name used in reports.

Title: The official company title registered in tax office. The title defined on this field is used in invoices, slips and ledger lists.

Legislation: Indicates the legislation applied to general ledger records. G/L chart of accounts is generated according to the selection made on this field.

E-Business Code: The code applied to electronic commerce applications of the company.
