The Debit, Credit, Balance and Cumulative Balance totals of the G/L account are tracked using Account Summary option located in the right mouse button menu of the G/L account and chart of accounts window. The account summary is displayed as monthly totals in local currency and transaction currency. The account summary window is in form of a table. The table lines contain the months within the fiscal year. The columns list the debt, credit, balance and cumulative balance amounts of the related month in local currency. The Total line at the bottom of the table lists the debit, credit and balance totals of all months.
Account summary information can be displayed in reporting currency by clicking on "In F. Currency" tab of the account summary window.
If quantity tracking is performed, the latest quantity status information is displayed on the "In Unit" tab. The Input, Output, Remaining and Cumulative Remaining quantities are listed in monthly totals.
