The option used to record City and Zip Code information for the selected country. The option is located in the Global menu of the System Administration application. Address Information is recorded under the following headings.
- Countries
- Cities
- States / Regions
- Towns / Districts
- Zip Codes
The functions of these options are:
Countries: The option used to record country definitions. Information is recorded on the following fields of the window accessed by clicking "New" button.
- County Code
- Country Name
- Country Name (2)
- EDI Code
Cities: The option used to record cities of the selected country. The transaction is performed by first selecting the Cities heading by double clicking the related country name, and entering related information on the following fields of the window accessed by clicking "New" button located at the bottom of the Address Info window.
- City Code
- City Name
- City Name (2)
States / Regions: The option used to record states or zones of the selected country. The transaction is performed by first selecting the States / Regions heading by double clicking the related country name, and then entering related information on the following fields of the window accessed by clicking "New" button located at the bottom of the Address Info window.

Towns: The option used to record towns of the selected country. The transaction is performed by first selecting the Towns heading by double clicking the City heading, and then entering related information on the following fields of the window accessed by clicking "New" button located at the bottom of the Address Info window.
- Town Code

Zip Codes: The option used to record zip codes of the selected country. The transaction is performed by first selecting the Zip Codes heading by double clicking the City heading, and then entering the Zip Code on the window accessed by clicking on "New" button located at the bottom of the Address Info window.
Definitions records can be transferred by clicking the Data Import button located at the bottom of the
Address Info window.
