The realization information of the project activity is entered in Realization Info window. Realization Info option is in Project Activity window > Attached Records menu. Realization information shows realized portion of the quantity, which is entered in Project Activity > General tab > Work Definition Price section.
To enter realization information, activity must be in Started status. You must enter realization information to calculate progress payment.
Date | The date of activity's realization is entered. |
Quantity | The quantity of realization is entered. Cumulative realization information is entered in Quantity field. |
Percentage | Activity's realized quantity is entered in percentage. As in Quantity field, cumulative information is entered. When Quantity field is entered, realized percentage is calculated. When percentage is 100, activity's Completion Rate is updated as 100. For instance, if Realized Quantity is specified as 5 when Quantity is 10 in Work Definition Price section, then percentage is updated as 50. |
