When the payment order slip status is changed using the Change Status option in F9-right click menu of the Payment Orders browser, the status of record lines is updated except for the lines in "Paid" and "Cancelled" statuses.
When the status of lines are updated as "Approved", the warning messages shown in status changes does not prompt for approval while changing status info over Payment Orders. However, payment order lines, which do not comply with the criteria, are not updated as Approved.
The same principle applies for the Cancelled line. A warning message will not be shown for the line, which does not meet the required criteria; however, the status will also not be updated.
