The Methods of Collateral are the methods used in the received and issued collaterals. The default options are as below.

  • P. Note
  • Letter of Guarantee

The icons of the Collaterals list and the options of the Related Records, Info and right-click menu are used to record new methods of collateral or to update existing definitions.

New

Used to record new methods of collateral information.

Update

Used to update methods of collateral information.

Delete

Used to delete method of collateral records.

View

Used to view method of collateral information. The information displayed using this option cannot be changed.

Copy

Used to copy selected method of collateral information.

Template Operations


Start Template

Used to record macro for any transaction by method of collateral list.


Finish Template

Used to finish macro defining steps.


Load From Template

Used to load data from template.

Info



Record Information

Displays the time and the user of the first registry and the last modification of the method of collateral definition.


Record History

Used to list recording history by some info such as user, company, date, etc.
