Deductions limits which are specified in order to apply on purchase and sales transactions are recorded historically in Deduction Limits window. Deduction Limits option is located under the System Settings module > Definitions > Trading System menu.

If materials which are selected in order, dispatch/receipt and invoice lines are applied deduction and VAT inclusive totals of these lines are less than the amount specified in table line for the relevant data range, these slips are not applied deduction. If the VAT inclusive amount is bigger, then deduction is applied to the slips. Transaction amount and calculated VAT total must exceed the amount prescribed by the government. Transaction which cannot exceed this amount are not subject to deduction. This amount is determined by the government and can be changed periodically. All deduction limits can be kept in this table for retrospective review of previous dates. If there is no limit for the relevant transaction in table, it would indicate that deduction limit will not be applied.
The "New" option located at the left bottom (or F9 right click menu) is used to define a new period and deduction limit. Usage point (module), period code, description, date range and deduction limit are entered in the relevant fields. Start and End dates and limit info must be entered to save deduction limit definition.
