Information on the banks of the company is recorded using the Bank Branches option. The Bank Branches option is located under the Definitions menu of the Finance module. The icons on the Bank Branches list and the options of the Info, Related Records and right click menu are used to record new bank definitions or to modify existing definitions.

New

Used to define a new bank branch.

Update

Used to modify bank branch information.

Delete

Used to delete the bank branch definitions. Active bank branch definitions cannot be deleted.

View

Used to view bank branch definitions. The information displayed using this option cannot be changed.

Copy

Used to copy selected definition information.


Change Status

Used to modify the status of bank branch definitions. This field has two options: Active and Passive. Passive definitions cannot be used on slips and invoices.


Start Template

Used to record macro for any transaction by bank branches list.


Finish Template

Used to finish macro-defining steps.


Load from Template

Used to load data from template.

Lists the bank transactions according to the specified filter criteria.

Info



Account Status

Lists the bank account totals.


Extract

Lists the bank transactions by including transaction slip information along with total information.

Used to refresh the Bank Branches list.

Line Coloring

Used to color the lines of bank branches list according to the specified criteria.

Displays the window dimensions with the size defined in the program.


Save Settings

Used to save bank branches list settings.


Save General Settings

Used to save general settings.


Number of Records

Used to list the number of recorded bank branches by type and in general total.

Reporting




List Report

Used to report the records of bank branches list collectively.


Grouped List Report

Used to list the bank branches by grouping them according to column headings.

Selection




Select All

Used to select all records in bank branches list.


Clear All Selections

Used to clear all selections.
