Actual Quantity Input is located under the Projects browser > Attached Records menu. This option has Usage and Input from Project transactions that are related to the Project activities generated in the required quantity. To Access the materials slips that will be generated after entering actual quantity, click Projects browser > Attached Records menu > Material Slips option.
Activity Status options are listed under the Query Criteria. Check the status of the activities that you want to be considered in the query.
In Format section, Slip Type and Activity options are available. The related materials will be listed in Materials section in line with your selection.
According to the Query Criteria and Format selection, materials are listed in Materials section with the following information:
Slip No | The number of the slip that will generate after saving the form is shown in this field. |
AR/AP Code | AR/AP of the slip. |
Auxiliary Code | Auxiliary Code of the slip is shown in this field. |
Date / Hour | The date and hour information of the slip that will generate is shown in this field. |
Material Code / Description | Code and Description of the material in the Material Slip are shown in Code and Description fields respectively and they are noneditable. |
Unit | Units refers to the unit of measure which is defined in the input/output line of the activity that belongs to the related material. It cannot be changed. |
Planned Quantity | It shows the planned quantity of the material and it cannot be changed. |
Actual Quantity | It shows the actual quantity of the relevant material in the unit of measure which is defined in the input/output line of the activity. It cannot be changed. |
New Quantity | It is the quantity of the actual transaction that will be generated. You can enter data in this field unless the Material Type is Material Class. |
Remaining | Remaining quantity is calculated by subtracting Planned Quantity from Actual Quantity. |
Line - Auxiliary Code & Description | Line auxiliary code and description info of the Material Slip are shown in these fields. |
Warehouse Source | It shows the source warehouse of the relevant material. |
Warehouse Destination | It shows the target warehouse of the relevant material. |
Serial/Lot/Location Info
If the material, which is selected for the activity, is tracked by serial/lot/location information, the related tracking info is entered in this window. Serial/Lot/Location Info option is located in F9-right click menu of the Actual Quantity Entry window.
For usage transactions, this option opens Serial/Lot/Location Info window from the output slips. For Input from Project transactions, it opens Serial/Lot/Location Info window from the input slips.
Asset Assignments
This menu option is available for the materials of "Asset" type in Input from Project transactions. Materials window that you access from the Activities is the same window as the one you access from Output lines.
Since the other assets that are related to the relevant asset are defined already, you can select only the assets and not the related assets in this window. It opens the Assets browser, so you can select from the assets that were defined for the related material line previously.
