The operation steps to be checked when the desktop application is opened and the Web interface is not opened on Tiger Wings/Tiger Wings Enterprise products are shared below:
- Minimum configuration information should be provided for the Server on which the product is installed. The relevant document can be accessed through the link below.

- Tiger Wings/Tiger Wings Enterprise products should be checked whether the desktop application is opened.
- "Logo Tiger Wings" service is used by Tiger Wings/Tiger Wings Enterprise Web.
It should be checked whether there is a Logo Tiger Wings service file in the Windows Services window, if any, the catalog information in the features of the service file sees VUI\bin32 in the catalog where Wings is installed.
Logo Tiger Wings service file should be stopped and started afterwards.
- Management panel information should be checked.
On the General tab, "Snatch to IP: All Unassigned" is selected.
On the Sessions tab, admin/local admin user information that logs on to the server in the Username and Password fields must be defined.
The accuracy of the username and password info should be checked by clicking the test button.
On the Applications tab, home page, program path and file name program catalog path should be checked. If incorrect, the program catalog should be displayed from three points.
On the Credentials tab, the Username and Password information previously entered on the Sessions tab must be defined.
Allow anonymous access must be selected on the Permissions tab.
Logo Tiger Wings service file should be stopped and started after any changes/updates made to the Administration panel.
In addition, license in the Licenses tab must not be a trial.
If the license appears in the Administration panel as Trial, the steps of the following action should be checked:
- Tiger Wings/Tiger Wings Enterprise should be upgraded to the current version before 2.58.00.
- You should renew the license with Tiger Wings/Tiger Wings Enterprise system administrator.
- If the problem continues, the license key and company information must be taken to check.
