The headings to be included in the report are specified on the report design window. The report can use the standard field headings, or the fields can be edited by the user. If the report template is generated using the standard design, all field headings defined for that report are displayed on the design window.
The headings and fields to be excluded from the report are selected using the mouse and removed from the design by clicking the "Del" button or using the "Delete Selected Fields" option of the right mouse button menu. The field headings of the report are recorded using the New -> Data Field option located in the right mouse button menu of the New Report Design window and by selecting Text as the field type.
