The material to be procured can also be delivered from other warehouses of the plant if available. This transaction requires to check "Check Warehouses of Other Plants" option in the Plant Parameters window of the material card.
If Purchase or Production is specified as the delivery type on the demand slip, and if "Check Warehouses of Other Plants" option is checked, materials in all warehouses are processed during demand delivery. Delivery lines are generated with Warehouse Transfer delivery type. Purchase order or production order proposals are generated for undelivered quantities.
If the material is specified to be procured through Warehouse Transfer on the demand slip, the material quantity in the warehouse specified on the demand slip is checked first for the procurement. If the demand cannot be fulfilled with the quantity in this warehouse, and if "Check Warehouses of Other Plants" parameter is checked on the material card, materials in other warehouse are also used for delivery. Should there be any deficit; a demand deliver line is created according to the delivery type specified on the demand slip.
The limitations on the material's warehouse parameters are processed during material transfer between warehouses. The necessary controls are performed while recording the demand delivery screen.

- Minimum Inventory Level Control
- Maximum Inventory Level Control
- Safety Inventory Level Control
- Negative Inventory Level Control
When warehouse slips linked to demand slips are removed, "Slip has order slip connection" message is displayed, and the transaction resumes after confirmation.
If the quantity of the warehouse slip generated to fulfill a demand is changed to an amount lower than the demand quantity, "The transaction amount can not be lower than the connected amount" message is displayed, and the change is blocked.
