Materials subscribed for export are finished goods that are exported or sold within the country for export purposes.
Code: The field used to select the CT number of the material.
Unit Set: The field used to enter the unit set of the material.
Unit: The field used to enter the unit of the material.
Quantity: The field used to record the quantity of the material.
FOB/USD Amount: The field used to enter the FOB/USD amount of the material.
Transaction Aux. Code 1/2: Used to group the slip lines, filter a group of information during report generation and to display the totals of the grouped information. The user can use this field to record any necessary information that is not included in the slip. The Aux. Code on the line is different from the Aux. Code located at the top of the slip. The Aux. Code located at the top is a code pertaining to the slip bottom, while the Aux. Code on the line is used to group transactions. Filtering can be done by Transaction Aux. Code information in all slip reports. However, the application does not sort the slips by Transaction Aux. Code.
Description: The description of the transaction in the line. An alphanumeric field of 30 characters long.
Closed Quantity: The exported/shipped quantity of the materials that are exported or sold within the country for export purposes.
Remaining Quantity: The remaining quantity of the materials that are exported or sold within the country for export purposes.
Closed Amount: The paid amount of the exported/sold material.
Remaining Amount: The remaining amount against the remaining quantity of the material.
