This option is used to add and track asset documents and add original files to the document catalog. It is located under the Attached Records menu of the Real Estates, Equipment, Transport Vehicles and Other Assets browsers. Document definitions that you add in Asset Documents window are matched with the originals/signed documents by using the Document Folder option.

The characteristics defined here as the asset characteristic can be used in all asset categories. |
