The Dispatch is a slip documenting that the material is received or delivered. The Sales Dispatches and Sales Invoices options are located in the Transactions menu of the Sales and Distribution module. The dispatch and invoice types used in sales transactions are as follows:
Sales Dispatches
Retail Sales Return Dispatch | Used to record retail sales return transactions. |
Wholesale Return Dispatch | Used to record wholesale return transactions. |
Consign. Return Dispatch | Used to record consignment transactions. |
Retail Sales Dispatch | Used to record retail sales information. |
Wholesale Dispatch | Used to record wholesale information. |
Consignment Dispatch | Used to record consignments issued. |
User Defined Slips | Used to record special material transactions performed by the company in addition to standard sales transactions. |
Sales Invoices
Retail Sales Return Invoice | Used to record retail sales return transactions. |
Wholesale Return Invoice | Used to record wholesale return transactions. |
Retail Sales Invoice | Used to record retail sales information. |
Wholesale Invoice | Used to record wholesale information. |
Service Sales Invoice | Used to record service sales. |
Sales Proforma Invoice | Given to the customer before the material/service sales is completed apart from the sales invoices indicating the price, sales conditions, types of payments etc. |
Sales Price Diff. Invoice | Used to record sales price differences and to connect them with the sales invoices. |
