E-Invoice
E-Invoice is an application that is presented by Revenue Administration with the purpose of providing the circulation of invoice, which is billed as an electronic document, between parties in properly and securely. It is messaging infrastructure which provides transferring the invoices prepared by previously defined users as electronic document in UBL-TR Standard from sender to receiver party via specified data transfer protocol.
The liable persons who want to prepare e-invoice can only prepare them for the receivers predefined in system. Similarly, the liable person who wants to receive e-invoices can only receive them from liable persons who prepare invoice through application.
Accordingly, the liable persons, who want to prepare or receive e-invoice, have to be defined in system mutually.
