These slip types are used when transactions between employees and companies such as advance, work advance and related back payments are performed through banks.
This option is located under the Finance module -> Transactions -> bank slip types. Personnel indebtment and back payment slips consist of slip header info, line info and total info sections.
 
Slip Header Info: The field is located at the upper pane of the slip entry window and is used to record general slip information. General information refers to information that is common to all bank account transactions to be recorded on the slip lines. Personnel Indebtment / Personnel Back Payment Slip header information includes:
 
Slip No: The tracking number of the personnel indebtment/back payment slip. The string is 8 characters long. Alphanumeric characters can be used to enter the employee number. The slips can be sorted by their numbers. The Slip Number field is mandatory.
 
Slip Date: The date of transaction. The slip generation date is displayed as default; can be changed if necessary. The Slip date field is mandatory.
 
Aux. Code: A secondary code field consisting of 10 characters used to classify bank personnel slips. The Aux. Code is used to classify bank slips by company specific criteria. The auxiliary codes are listed, and the related definition is selected. New auxiliary codes can be defined on this field.
 
Authorization Code: The selection is made by accessing the bank slips authorization codes screen. Authorization codes are used to define authorizations for each record. Each user may be authorized to use different records depending on job definitions. A planning process must be performed for detailed authorization definitions. First, transactions to be accessed or processed by each user or user group should be specified. Then, separate authorization codes are assigned to transaction types accessible by each authorization group.
 
Project Code: The project code of the slip. Recorded project cards are listed and the related definition is selected.
 
Division: This field is used to associate the bank transaction with one of the defined divisions of the company. Division is a physical location that is connected to the headquarters of a company or organization, and that independently manages its own commercial transactions.
 
Department: This field is used to associate the transaction with one of the defined departments of the company.
Activities or activity groups within an organization that are independent from each other in terms of organization and accounting.
 
Bank Account Code: The code of the bank account related to the transactions on the slip. Defined bank cards and related accounts are listed, and a selection is made.
 
Bank Account Currency Type: The currency type of the selected bank account. This field can not be modified; the currency type is the type specified on the bank account card. When the bank account is selected, the currency type is automatically entered into this field.
 
Slip Line Info: This section is used to record information regarding the bank accounts processed for personnel indebtment or back payment as separate lines. Each line is a separate transaction. The number of editable fields on this section is not fixed; the screen slides upwards as new information is entered. Slip line information is displayed in the middle of the slip window. The following information recorded on each slip line and divided as columns:
 
Employee No: This field is available only on personnel indebtment and back payment slips. Indicates the employee number of the personnel related to the debt or back payment transaction through the bank. The employee card is selected by accessing the employee cards browser in the HR program catalogue on the "employee management catalogue" field of the Administration/G/L Parameters section.
 
Employee Name/Surname: The name and surname of the owner of the selected employee card. This field can not be modified. The name/surname on the selected employee card is automatically entered into this field.
 
Debt Transaction Date: Personnel indebtment defined and recorded on the HR application are displayed on the debt records window accessed using the Debt Transaction option located in the F9/right mouse button menu of the Personnel Indebtment/Back Payment Slip or the Batch Debt transaction selection option. The indebtment of the employee is selected on this window, and the transaction's date is automatically transferred into this field.
 
F. Currency: Indicates the reporting or transaction currency type to be applied to the line according to the currency type selected.
 
Amount: The local currency amount of the personnel debt or back payment transaction. The amount information is automatically displayed when the debt transaction is selected through the F9/right mouse button menu and can not be changed. Furthermore, this field is used to enter money order amounts for received and send money order slips.
 
Amount in F. Currency: The amount information is automatically displayed on the Amount in FC field when the debt transaction is selected through the Debt Transaction Selection or Batch Debt Transaction Selection option located in the F9/right mouse button menu of the Personnel Indebtment/Back Payment slip and can not be changed The amount in FC is transferred into this field by processing the amount and transaction currency specified in the debt definitions of the HR application.
 
Transaction Date: The transaction date on the slip line. The current date is displayed as default; can be changed if necessary.
 
Operation Status: Indicates the status of the transaction performed on the slip line. The status is specified as Send to Bank for transactions to be transferred to the bank. The status of the transaction is automatically updated according to the results from the bank. If LogoConnect application is used, Sent to LogoConnect status is also specified on the operation status field.
 
Document No: The number of the transaction document. It is an alphanumeric field of 8 characters long. Transactions made through different banks may have the same document number. Bank slips are not sorted by document number. Therefore, more than one slip may have the same document number.
 
Description: The description of the transaction on the line. The string is 50 characters long.
 
Transaction Aux. Code: The Transaction Aux. Code is used to group slip lines. This code is used to filter a group of information during report generation and to display the totals of the grouped information. This field can be used to record any necessary information that is not included in the application but required to be added to the slip line.
 
Bank Tracking No: The tracking number of the transaction used by the bank.
 
Project Code: The project code related to the transaction on the line. Defined projects are listed, and the related project is selected. The project code field on the slip header updates the lines. However, the project code of the line can be selected as different from the header. Once the lines are selected and the header project code is changed, the slip line project information is updated with the "Slip line project information will be updated" warning message.
 
Bank Reference No: The approval code given by the bank.
 
Slip Total Info: This field is located at the bottom of the slip. Totals of bank transactions on the slip are displayed in local and reporting currency, and the slip description and the currency to be used in slip bottom and lines are recorded.
