Bank transactions are grouped by slip types in order to classify the bank slips functionally. Bank transactions are recorded by selecting one of the slip types shown in the table below. The bank slip types are:

Money Orders (Received) / EFT |
Used to record money orders from accounts receivable/payable. |
Money Order (Issued) / EFT |
Used to record money orders to accounts receivable/payable. |
Bank Opening Slip |
Used to record opening figures of bank accounts. |
Bank Exchange Rate Diff. Slip |
Used to record bank exchange rate difference transactions. |
Conversion Letter (For Purchase) |
Used to record foreign currency purchases when the import/export feature is used. |
Conversion Letter (For Sales) |
Used to record foreign currency sales when the import/export feature is used. |
Service Purchases Invoice |
Used to record purchased service transactions that are billed over banks. |
Service Sales Invoice |
Used to record service sale transactions that are billed over banks. |
Check Payment from Bank |
Used to record check payment transactions from bank. |

Used to record p.note payment transactions from bank. |
