As many inspection criteria sets as required can be defined by selecting a record type. The fields on the upper pane of the Inspection Criteria Set window contain general information regarding the definition. The fields and functions of the Inspection Criteria Set window are:

Code: The definition code of the inspection criteria set.
Description: The name or description of the inspection criteria set.
Aux. Code: The auxiliary code of the inspection criteria set.
Authorization Code: The authorization code of the inspection criteria set.
Information regarding inspection characteristics to be used is recorded on the Inspection Criteria section of the window by selecting a type.
Type: Indicates the type of the inspection criterion. This field consists of the following options:

  • Qualitative
  • Quantitative


Code: The code of the inspection criterion.
Description: The description of the inspection criterion.
Unit: Indicates the unit through which the inspection criterion will be applied.
Description: The description of the unit of the inspection criterion.
Inspection criteria sets consist of quantitative and qualitative criterion. Inspection criterion value entry and inspection criterion value assignment default entry is performed on the criterion entry page for qualitative criterion. For quantitative criterion, only the inspection criterion assignment default entry is performed.
