Batch Printing option located in the right mouse button menu of the G/L slips window is used to print transactions in batches. Transactions to be printed are specified on the Batch Printing of G/L Slips filter window. The filter options are:

Printing Queue: This filter line is used to specify how the batch printing will be done. This field contains By Date, By Number and

According To Journal Number options. The Slip Date, Slip Number and Journal Item Number filter lines are used according to the selection made.

When By Date option is selected, the start and end dates are entered on the Slip Date filter line, and transactions between these dates are printed in batch.

When By Number is selected, start and end numbers are entered on the Slip Number filter line, and transactions within this range are printed.

When According To Journal Number is selected, start and end numbers are entered on the Journal Item Number filter line, and transactions within this range are printed.

Slip Aux. Code: Used to filter transactions to be printed in batch by aux. code. The desired transactions can be printed in batch by making a group or range definition.

Slip Auth. Code: Used to filter transactions to be printed in batch by auth. code.

Division Number: This filter line is used to specify the division for which the batch printing will be applied. Defined divisions are listed, and the related division is selected.

All divisions are selected as default in LOGO application.

Department Number: The line used to filter slips to be printed by department numbers. Defined departments are listed, and the appropriate department is selected.

Slip Type: The slip types to be printed are specified in the filter lines of the General Ledger section that include the slip types used. If multiple forms exist, each line displays the appropriate forms, and the form to be used in printing is specified.

Printing Status of Forms: This filter line includes Forms That Are Not Printed Yet and All options. When Unprinted forms is selected, only the unprinted forms are printed.

Record Info Describer: Used to select slips to be printed by filtering them according to user data.

Record Info Addition Date: Used to select slips to be printed by filtering them according to addition date of them.

Record Info Addition Time: Used to select slips to be printed by filtering them according to addition time of them.
