The workflow information is recorded on the relevant fields of the following tabs located on the workflow definition window.

The upper fields of the card are used to enter recording info such as workflow code, description.
Flow Code: The code of the workflow definition. The code field is mandatory.
Flow Description: The name or the description of the workflow.
Aux. Code: The aux. code of the workflow card.
Auth. Code: The auth. code of the workflow definition.
Priority: The usage priority of the workflow definition.
Status: Used to determine whether the workflow card is usable or not.
Next Workflow: Used to select the next step that will fallow the previous workflow.
