The Production Control section of the LOGO application is used to record and track the transactions performed within the production process. Standard and actual costs are calculated. Production orders are used to perform production, and to transfer the materials used and production outputs to relevant warehouses.
Changes to time and resource utilization during production are monitored by specifying a planning method. Planned and actual dates are updated if necessary.
The quantities of materials to be used in production, deficit quantities and the procurement method for deficits are specified using the production orders.
Once the production order is recorded, the production order is released, and the work orders are created automatically. The operation requirements are scanned to determine the appropriate workstation for the operations of recorded work orders.
All Raw Material, Semi Finished Product, Workstation and Employee requirements, operation durations and costs within all levels are tracked using the production control section.
