Status, Source of Proposal and MPS Code and general information of the proposal slip are displayed at the top of the Realization of Proposed Orders window. The lines of the page list information regarding required materials for Production / Orders in related columns.
Slips are generated according to the selection made when "Do you want to realize planning proposals?" warning message is displayed while the Master Production Schedule is being recorded. When "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are clicked, slips are generated in "Approved" and "Proposal" statuses respectively.
When Proposal Slips displayed on the Production Planning Proposals window are approved, statuses of all lines are changed to "Approved".
If the Proposal slip is delivered partially, the status of the delivered line becomes "Delivering". In such cases, the status of the Proposal Slip is also changed to "Delivering". The status of the line is "Closed" if the line is delivered completely. Proposal slips remain in "Delivering" status until all lines are closed. Lines to be returned to later cannot be deleted; their status is changed to "Cancel" instead.
