Workflow role definitions menu option is used to record the tasks throughout the ordering, shipping, billing and other workflow phases and the persons in charge for these tasks. The option is located under the Main Records menu of the Workflow Management section. The buttons and menu options of the Workflow Role Definitions list are used to generate new definitions and to process the existing definitions.

New

Used to create a new role definition.

Update

Used to modify role information.

Delete

Used to delete the role definition.

View

Used to view the role definition card without making changes.

Copy

Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record.

 

Multiple Delete

Used to delete the selected records in batch.

Record Info

Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions.

 

Number of Records

Lists the total numbers of the records in the role definitions list.

 

Refresh

Used to refresh the role definitions list.

 

Back to Defaults

Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application.
