The payment information of credit card slips, which are generated as a result of purchasing transactions paid with credit card, is recorded with Company Credit Card Slip Payment option. The option is located in F9/right mouse button menu of AR/AP Slips and AR/AP Records list.
The payment wizard window used to record collection transactions consists of two panes:
The credit card transaction section lists the credit card transactions along with the following information:

  • Bank Account Code
  • Bank Account Name
  • Credit Card Slip Date / Number
  • AR/AP Code / Title
  • Description
  • F. Currency Type
  • Amount
  • Due Date
  • Division
  • Department
  • Slip Total


Transactions to be closed are selected, and transferred into the To Be Closed field.
The Filters button is used to specify conditions for transactions to be collected, and to perform the closing transaction in batch.
Credit card slip collection filter options are:

In case credit card slip closes more than one invoice, total amount is tracked from Slip Total column of credit card transactions part.
"Combine Lines During The Batch Credit Card Slip Collection" parameter located under Finance parameters must be selected as "Yes" if user requires to group lines of the same bank account or list them as a single line in the bank slip generated after credit card slip collection operation. Otherwise, this parameter must be selected as "No", and all lines are listed separately.
