Portrait   Prints report with the short edge of the paper at the top of the page.
Landscape   Prints report with the long edge of the paper at the top of the page.
Select a size from the list, or click Custom size and enter dimensions in the Width and Height boxes.

"Print Preview" is used to look over the page before printing.
Used to set the margin distances of the page.
Print Preview: Used to look over the page or make adjustments before printing.

By the "Design" option located in the right mouse button menu of the "Print Preview" page, you can update and change the report design.
When selecting "Design" option, this "Format Report" page is opened.
Graphic: The table report can be taken as Graphic also.

"Field Name" is for criteria selection; and "Values" is for determining the values that the report will be taken over.

The displayed graphic shape can be changed by "Diagram" option.












Customize: Used to update the data listed in the graphic.
