The Payment Orders option located under the Transactions menu of Finance module is used to determine payments that will be made collectively.
After necessary reviews and approvals, Bank Slip or AR/AP Transaction method is selected, and the payment transactions are performed. Thereby payment plans are generated for the payments made by using the payment order slips.
Payment order slip lines are generated by the AR/AP of which payments will be generated, the AR/AP debt transaction requiring payment, payment priority, payment method and amount to be paid. Approval is performed in line detail. Payment transactions are tracked over the payment order slip through related records. Payment orders are reported with the payment order form. Debts are transferred collectively over the payment order.
