Information related to demanded materials or services is recorded using Demand Slips. Demand slips are located on the Transactions menu of the Demand Management section. New demand slips are defined and existing slips are processed using the related menu options.

Work Flow History | Used to list tasks defined and performed in the Work Flow Management module for demand slips. This field is for information and tracking purposes. | |
G/L Codes | Used to define the G/L Account Codes to be tracked once the slip is posted and the overhead pools of the transactions. | |
Approve | Used to approve the demand slip. | |
Remove Approval | Used to cancel the approval of the demand slip. | |
Cancel | Used to cancel the demand slip. This option is located in the right mouse button menu if the status of the demand slip is Proposal/Approved. | |
Undo (Cancel) | Used to undo demand slip cancellations. This option is available only in the right mouse button menu of the cancelled slip. | |
Demand Delivery | Used to record demand delivery info. This option is located in the right mouse button menu once the demand slip is approved. | |

| Record Information | Displays the time and the user of the first registry and the last modification of the demand slip. |
Number of Records | Used to display the total number of demand delivery slips. | |
