Purchase prices are used to define and specify price proposals for each material, service or material set separately along with the discounts applied on quantities, delivery durations and payment conditions which will apply for the specified purchase prices. Purchase price lists are used to record material, service or material set prices to be given to AR/AP, parent AR/AP or groups collectively.
Each material, service or material set may have more than one price. Purchase price lists allow users to record material, service or material set prices to be given to AR/AP, parent AR/AP or groups in more than one time under a single list and to update them in batches.
The Purchase Prices lists are defined using the "New" option in Purchase Management module > Definitions menu > Purchase Price Lists browser.
