Unit Costs option is located in the Attached Records menu of Real Estate, Transport Vehicle and Equipment assets. When assets are used as resources in projects and activities, unit costs which are defined for the asset are used to calculate resource usage costs. See. Project Actual Cost Calculation
Code: Unit cost code information. This field is mandatory.
Description: Description of unit cost.
Start Date: Date of the asset unit cost. The current system date is shown by default. It is a mandatory field. You cannot add more than one cost definition for the same date.
Unit Cost ( /hour): It is the cost of the asset that is defined as resource as of the specified date.
Unit Cost (RC) ( /hour): Asset cost in reporting currency.
Active unit costs cannot be deleted.
