Previous period information of the asset is recorded and tracked using the Previous Period Info option on the fixed asset record window. When the application is used for the first time, valuation totals and accumulated depreciation amounts for existing assets are recorded on this window as opening information.
Previous period FC amounts and information are recorded in the alternative section.
