Once the fields and field headings to be included in the report are specified and the report design is completed, the design is saved with a definition name and description using the "Save" option of the menu panel. The "Save as Default" option of the right mouse button menu is used to generate the report always with this format. The requested report is checked as default.
The options of the right mouse button menu are used for the changes and transactions to be performed on the report design.

  • Update button is used to record the design changes
  • Delete button is used to delete the report design
  • Rename option is used to change the report name


The display method of report definitions is specified using the Large Icons, Small Icons and Detailed List options.
The Import and Export options are used to use the report designs made for another division or company, or to transfer the designs.
