The option used to transfer the Planned and Actual Resource Usage information of the employees and tools assigned to the production order in batch. This option is located in the right mouse button menu of the Resource Usage tab.
The resource type with which the resource usage information will be generated or updated is specified by checking one of the Tool and Employee options on the automatic resource usage assignment window. The method to be used for the resource usage entry is specified on the Update Work Order and Update Resource fields:
Update Work Order: When this option is checked, the changes made to the resource usage information are updated on the work order as well.
Update Resource: When this option is checked, the planned and actual resource usage information of all tools and employees in the specified work order is updated by processing the start time and end time specified, the shifts and the parameter values in the Production Control Parameters, provided that the update work order option is selected as well.
If "Update Resource" option is not checked, resource usage records are generated for tools and employees that do not have resource usage information. However, the existing resource usage records are not updated.
