Production order information is recorded in the Production Order slips. Routing definitions related to the production order are used to generate production orders, and as many production order lines e.g. work orders as the number of routing lines are generated.
Basis Information
Basis information of the production order is recorded on the upper fields of the slip. The basis production order information and functions are:
Slip No: The production order number. Production orders are sorted by their numbers. The number next to the last production order entry is automatically displayed on the Slip No. field, and can be changed if necessary.
Date: The production order date. This field is mandatory.
Aux. Code: A second code field used to classify the production orders. Contains 10 characters. This field is used to classify group the production orders by company specific criteria. This field can also be used to record any necessary information that is not included in the slip.

Authorization Code: This field can contain up to 10 alphanumeric characters, and is used to define authorizations on a per record basis. This field is not mandatory.
In the LOGO application, each user may be authorized to access different records depending on the job definitions. Planning must be the first step in order to define authorizations by record. First the records that the users or user groups can access are specified. Then separate authorization codes are assigned to records accessible by each authorization group. In this way, only the users who log in with the specified authorization code can access and process the slips.
Plant: Indicates the plant of the transaction. Defined plants are listed and a selection is made.
Status: The field used to track the production status. This field contains the following options:

  • Not Proceeded
