System information is imported and exported using the options located in the Actions menu of the System Administration application. Furthermore, network file control transactions are performed.
Export Setup Entities _ Import Setup Entities
If companies have divisions in multiple locations, loss of time can be avoided by exporting the data recorded in the System Administration application. System information is printed from the application to the related file. Afterwards, the export is performed by reading information on this file.
Export Setup Entities option located in the Actions menu of the Administrationapplication is used to print system information. Import Setup Entities option is used to import system information for a different company or division.
Export and import conditions are specified using Filters button.
