The option used to record employee usage in batches. The option is located in the Operations menu of the Resource Management section.

Using the Batch Entry of Employee Usage, the employee usage information contained in all production orders of the employee are recorded in batch, eliminating time losses. This window consists of two panes:

Recorded employees are listed on the Employee Code and Employee Description fields, and the related employee is selected.

The Production Order Number and Work Order Number fields are used to specify the production order and work order using the selected employee.

While the work orders are selected, the resource usage entries and planned/actual resource usage records in the work order of the employee can be accessed, and entries can be made.

The Planned Resource Usage can be accessed only if the status of the work order field is "Not Started", "Work in Process", "Stopped" or "Completed", and if the production order standard costs are not posted to G/L.

Actual Resource Usage can be accessed only if the status of the work order is "Work in Process", "Stopped" or "Completed".
