The work hour changes for workstations and employees are recorded using Work Hour Change option located in the Operations menu of the Resource Management section.

The left pane of the window lists the plants and their departments. The calendar located at the middle section displays the workdays of the selected plant and department as default. The calendar cells displayed in red indicate the free days defined for the selected plant department in the Administration section of the LOGO application. The red cell with white text indicates the system date.

When workdays are changed, updated days are displayed in grey for weekdays and in green for weekends. Dates to be updated must be double clicked.

Time Range: Indicates the time range in which the work day changes will be applied.

Work: This filter line contains three options:

  • Default
  • Yes
  • No

When "Default" is selected, the definition made at the Administration section is applied to the date and hour range in question.

When "Yes" is selected, the update indicates that the department will work at the given date and hour range.

When "No" is selected, the update indicates that the department will not work at the given date and hour range.
"Refresh" button is clicked to reflect the changes made to the cell on the calendar. If "Save" button is clicked without updating, the change is not applied. 

In the LOGO application, any changes made to the workdays of any plant department are assumed to be applied to all resources (workstations and employees) related to that department.
