The option used to record period info to be used in budget records. Located in the Main Records menu of the General Ledger section
Budget period info is recorded by using "New" option.


Code: Budget period code. The code field is mandatory.

Description: The description or name of period.

Start Date: The beginning date of the period. Date can be entered directly or by using the calendar opened by "…" symbol.

End Date: The end date of the period. Date can be entered directly or by using the calendar opened by "…" symbol.

Sub Period: Used to record sub period duration. Shows the budgeting period and duration. It can be monthly or yearly. Sub period duration shows the leading time.
