Bank credit tracking system is used to record, track and report the received bank credits, their back payments and last status of the payments.
In bank credit tracking transactions, the received credits are defined and tracked separately according to their attributes.
All these transactions are done by using the Finance module options.
The information of cash and non-cash credit received by banks is recorded by Bank Credit definitions. Cash credits are received by giving check or p.note to bank as collateral.
Bank Credit cards are located in the Definitions menu of the Finance section. Bank credit records are generated by first specifying the type.
The buttons located at the bottom of the Bank Credits List and the menu opened by pressing the F9 key or clicking the right mouse button menu are used to define bank credits and for transactions on existing records.
New | Used to define a new bank credit. | |
Update | Used to modify bank credit information. | |
Delete | Used to delete the bank credit definition. | |
View | Used to view bank credit information without making changes. | |
Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. Provides ease of use by allowing fast data entry. | |
Related Checks/P. Notes | Used to list the checks and p. notes given to bank as collateral for the received credit. | |
Credit Installment Transactions | Used to list credit installment transactions. | |
Related Bank Slips | Used to list bank credit related bank slips. | |
Database Extensions | Used for user-defined forms. | |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected bank credit definitions in batch. | |
Search | Used to access the record of which the Code or Description is provided in the bank credits list. | |
Filter | Used to access the bank credit records according to the filter conditions specified. | |
Print (Label) | Used to print credit information on label form. | |
Print (Letter) | Used to print credit information on letter form. | |
Record Info | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. | |
Number of Records | The option used to display the number of bank credits. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the bank credits list. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
