The option used to record parameters to be used in production definitions and their characteristics. The option is located in the Definitions menu of the Administration Section. The parameters and functions of the Production Definitions Parameters window are:

Input / SFG Line Re-Control

This parameter is used to specify whether or not input or pseudo semi finished goods will be used in multiple lines of bills of materials. This parameter line has three options:

  • Proceed
  • Warn User
  • Block
    When "Proceed" is selected, the same material can be selected as input or pseudo semi finished good in multiple lines. In such cases, controls are not performed.When "Warn User" is selected, the user's confirmation is required to select the material as input or pseudo semi finished goods in multiple lines. When "Block" is selected, bills of materials are not recorded if the same input or pseudo semi finished good material is used in multiple lines.

Input and Semi Finished Product Costs Must be Separated

This parameter line contains Yes and No options.
When "Yes" is selected, input semi finished good costs are separated.

Workstation Distribution Type in Operations

The default value of the distribution type of operations. This parameter line contains the following options:

  • Not be distributed
  • By Quantity
  • By Time
  • No labels
