Code: The routing definition code. Alphanumeric characters can be used for coding. This field is mandatory. 

Description: The name or the description of the routing definition. Maximum 50 characters can be entered. This field is not mandatory. The same description can be entered into different routing definitions Since this field can be searched and sorted, the sales routes is also sorted by the first ten characters of the Description field. Therefore, it would be useful in terms of Reporting that the first ten characters of the description field include distinctive information, as in the Code field. 

Status: Indicates the status of the route. This field consists of Valid and Invalid options. 

Period: Indicates the visit frequency (weekly, monthly, etc..) of the AR/APs within the route. 


Aux. Code: A code field of 10 characters used to group the routing definitions. The Aux. Code is typically used to group the sales routes by company specific criteria. 

Authorization Code: A code field of 10 characters used to define detailed authorizations. Each user is authorized to use different records depending on the job definitions. 

AR/AP Code - AR/AP Description: The code and description of the AR/AP linked to the route.
