When making sales via credit card, a back payment plan is applied to credit card slips which will be generated while saving invoice. After payment transactions are generated, whether or not back payment plans will be applied is determined according to default value of "Apply Credit Card Payment Plan on Payment Trans." parameter. If parameter value is "Yes", the relevant back payment plan is applied to payment transactions of which payment type is "credit card" and "back payment plan" is selected.
However, calculation is done according to "If Payment Amount is Greater Than Invoice/Order Amount" parameter value which is located in invoice working info. Accordingly, unit price is updated or surcharge line is added directly.
If "No" option is selected, back payment plan is not applied automatically. "Apply Back Payment Plan" option located in right mouse button menu is selected in Payment Transactions window which is accessed via invoice.
Apply Back Payment Plan window is displayed and the required back payment plan is selected.
Thereby credit card batch payment is divided in accordance with back payment plan, and new payment transactions of which payment types are credit card are generated.
When applying back payment plan, there will be changes in due dates as well as in payment amount. These changes originate from amount calculation parameter defined in back payment plan lines.

  1. If amount calculation parameter value is "Gross", new payment transaction amount is calculated by applying formula defined in back payment plan line to the main payment transaction.
  2. If parameter value is "Due Date Diff. Commission is Included", rate defined in back payment plan line is added to gross amount.

Example:
Payment transaction conforming to formula is 10 million and due date difference rate is 5%. So total payment amount is:
(1+5)/100*10.000.000 = 10.500.000

    1. If parameter value is "Bank Commission Rate is Included", "service + point" commission defined in back payment plan line is added and new amount is calculated according to "gross amount/(1-Rate/100) formula.
    2. If parameter value is "Only Point Commission is Included", "point" commission defined in back payment plan line is found and new amount is calculated according to "gross amount/(1-Rate/100) formula.
    3. If parameter value is "Only Service Commission is Included", "service" commission defined in back payment plan line is found and new amount is calculated according to "gross amount/(1-Rate/100) formula.

Transactions of which payment type, bank account, point commission, service commission, due date commission and transaction currency type are the same in invoice are gathered and a single payment transaction is generated.

Payment Type in Return Transactions
In sales return transactions, cash payment slip which is billed from safe deposit will be generated while saving invoice in case payment type is specified.
In return invoice, the relevant invoice is related with return transaction in case return type is selected as Cost of input/output. If there is a cash collection transaction in payment transactions of this invoice, and its amount is equal to return amount or more than return amount, it can be related. Otherwise, return transaction info is saved directly by the user.
If discount is applied as amount, discount amount to be applied is specified in amount field.
