When performing sales activities, for any reason a salesperson (seller / sales representative) change can be necessary. "Change Salesperson" option is used for this which is located at the F9/right mouse button menu of the sales opportunities list.
Salespersons window is opened and the salespersons recorded as sales representatives and sellers are listed. The salesperson is selected which will be associated to the related sales opportunity.
When salespersons are changed, the LOGO application warns the user with a message indicating that the selected salesperson is not connected to the customer. When "OK" button is clicked, a message is displayed indicating that the sales opportunities and activities will also be updated. The message contains three options:

  • When "Update" is selected, the salesperson information of the sales activities is updated.
  • When "Break Relations" is selected, the salesperson relation with the sales activities is broken.
  • When "Cancel" is selected, no transaction is performed.
