The option is used to track all sales activities of the salesperson and to record the sales opportunities and detailed customer information. The option is located in the Sales & Distribution Proposal Management System menu of the Sales and Distribution module.
My Sales Activities window containing the sales opportunities and activities based on salesperson consist of the following sections.
- Customers
- Agenda
- Address Book
Customers: The option used to specify the customers for whom the sales activities and opportunities will be recorded. All defined customers are listed when the customers option is clicked.
Agenda: The option allowing the salespersons to plan their time schedules. The date to be scheduled is specified on the Calendar pane of the window.
Address Book: The option providing access to the Contacts list recorded on the Customers/Groups option, and the special day information.
Sales Opportunities: The information about potential sales is recorded in the sales opportunities section. The information of each planned sales is recorded on a separate card.
Sales Activities: The option used to record the activities performed before the sales transaction in detail.
