The Purchase/Sales Conditions and applications specified in the Purchase/Sales campaigns are applied to the Orders, Dispatches and Invoices. The campaigns can be applied using two methods:

"Apply Campaign" option located in the F9 key or right mouse button menu is used to apply campaigns to the slip line or bottom of the Orders, Dispatches/Receipts and Invoices.

When "Apply Campaign" is selected, the campaign can be applied to the slip line or bottom if the AR/AP in the slip or the material or service in the lines is included in the campaign definition.

The discount, surcharge and promotion lines of the campaign applied to the slip line are located right under the relevant line. In campaigns applied to slip bottom, the discount, surcharge, promotion and point lines are located in the section separated with a dotted line. The points to consider for campaign application are:

  • To apply campaign rules to a slip, the slip must be among the transactions to be applied campaign rules.
  • Campaigns can not be applied to Order, Dispatch/Receipt and Invoice lines with Distribution Order connections.
  • To apply any campaign to the slip bottom or line, the slip and/or transaction in question must be complying with the general criteria of the campaign.
  • Maximum 5 campaigns can be applied to a line. If 5 campaigns are linked to a line, no other campaign even if appropriate can be applied.

If a campaign is applied to a line for the first time, the campaign application is performed as follows:

  1. If the campaign is applied to Order Slip, it is not applied to other transactions with Distribution Order connection.
  2. To apply any campaign to the slip or line, the slip or transaction in question must be complying with the following general criteria of the campaign.


Start and End Date: The date of the slip for which the campaign will be applied must be within this date range.

    • The AR/AP Code, AR/AP Aux. Code and Trading Groupspecified as criteria must be the same with the AR/AP code, AR/AP aux. code and trading group of the slip. If "*" character is used, this information must be within the scope of the groups.
    • The Payment Plan and Payment Plan Group Code specified as criteria must be the same with the payment plan and payment plan group code of the slip. If "*" character is used, this information must be within the scope of the groups.
    • The CityTown and District information must be the same with the Delivery Address.


  1. For campaigns complying with general criteria, also a Conditioning Material Code check is performed.
  2. If the line conditions are also met, the Priority Class and Prioritygeneral criteria are processed. In the LOGO application, only the campaign with lowest Priority can be applied if there are campaigns with the same priority class. This control is not performed for campaigns without a priority class.
  3. If the campaign limit is exceeded for any line, the campaign can not be applied.
  4. If the applied campaign is a Point promotion, it is connected to the line independently from other campaign types. The slip line also records the points won from the point promotion. Only one point promotion can be applied to each line. Even if the line meets multiple point promotions defined in the system, only one of them is applied.


When the campaign is a Promotion, any of the materials within the material class is displayed as the promotion line when the campaign is applied if the promotion is defined as material class in the campaign record, and the database stores the reference of the material class (specified in the campaign) that the promotional material belongs to. If another material of the material class will be provided as promotion, the "Select Alternative Promotion" option located in the F9 key or right mouse button menu is used. The other materials are listed and the appropriate material is selected.

If a campaign is applied to a slip, the next campaign is applied as follows:

  1. The campaign lines are scanned, and the validity of the conditions is checked.
    1. If the conditions are still valid, the campaign remains valid. If the conditions are not met, the campaign reference connected to the campaign and material transaction is deleted.
    2. The applicability of the valid campaign for other slip lines is inspected. If material transactions which did not meet the conditions previously are detected to be valid after certain changes, the campaign is applied to these transactions, and the campaign connection is generated.
  2. The validity of the campaigns applied to slip bottom is inspected.
    1. If the conditions are still valid, the campaign remains valid.
      1. If the applied campaign is a Promotion, and there are new material transactions that affect the fulfillment of campaign conditions, the campaign connection is also established for these transactions. If there are lines to which a campaign is applied previously but that do not currently meet the conditions, the campaign connection of such lines is broken.
      2. If the applied campaign is a Discount or Surchargecampaign, the campaign connection is established for new lines added to the slip.
    2. If the conditions are not met, the campaign connection of all related lines is broken, and the campaign reference is deleted.
