As many sales routes as requested can be recorded for each salesperson in order to plan the customer visits in advance and to track the visits. The fields on the upper section of the sales route accessed by selecting "New" option are used to record the route information, and the lines are used to record the AR/AP information to be tracked with this route.

Code: The routing definition code. Alphanumeric characters can be used for coding. This field is mandatory.
Description: The name or the description of the routing definition. Maximum 50 characters can be entered. This field is not mandatory. The same description can be entered into different routing definitions Since this field can be searched and sorted, the sales routes is also sorted by the first ten characters of the Description field. Period: Indicates the visit frequency (weekly, monthly, etc..) of the AR/APs within the route.
