Services Sales Transactions Transfer allows you to track the transactions made with these cards over a single service if multiple cards are opened for any reason for the same service. The services sales transactions transfer is located under the Operations menu in the Sales and Distribution module. The Services Sales Transactions Transfer option is also available from the Applications module / Transfer Operations menu.
The services to which the transactions are transferred are identified in the Service Code and Description fields, and the service to be transferred is specified in the Transferred Service Code and Transferred Service Description fields. All services can be selected from these fields by accessing the recorded services.
Batch selection can also be done with * in the Service Code and Description fields. For example, when H * is specified in the Service Code field, all service transactions whose code starts with "H" are transferred to the service name specified in the Service Code to Transfer field.
Selection of Periods To Be Transferred
Transactions of the services sales within a period can be transferred as well as the transactions in all periods. The period selection is made in the Period To Be Transferred, which is located at the bottom of the Services Sales Transactions Transfer window. In the window that opens when the "..." image is clicked, there are defined periods in the Periods section. The "Add" option is clicked on the period during which the transactions will be transferred and the relevant period is transferred to the Selected section. All periods are selected with "all" option.
